Each listing cites a public source and quotes what that page says. Framework tags appear only when the cited page names the framework. The open-source badge is used only when the official repository shows an OSI license. Compare two to four listings using that cited data. The Arthur listing is a free Sample Pro unlock.

Questions

Why is a tool missing from these filters?

We only list a tool when a public page describes it and we can quote that page. Framework and industry tags appear only when that cited page names them. Absence is a verification gap, not a ranking.

Does the open-source badge mean the product is free to use on a program?

No. The badge means the official repository LICENSE or COPYING file is an OSI-approved license. It is not a certification, a CMMC level, or permission to use the tool with controlled information.
