Questions
How does checkout work?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Taxes are calculated at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account.
What stays free?
Directory browse and search, tool summaries, vendors, tags, official URLs, and the article and framework explainers. Those public summaries stay on the static pages and stay crawlable. One Sample Pro listing (Arthur) and one sample buyer kit (NIST AI RMF) are unlocked so you can see cited evidence.
What is Pro?
Quoted source evidence and caveats, who-it-is-for and deployment when the cited page names them, cited coverage cells (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, EASA Issue 2, ARP4754B, DO-178C, DO-330, DO-200B, FAA AI Roadmap, DoD Directive 3000.09, DoD RAI Strategy, CDAO RAI Toolkit, NIST SP 800-218A, and CMMC), analyst assessment cells (quoted capability, rationale and confidence — not a vendor claim), buyer kits including airborne-certification, DoD RAI procurement, DoD RAI Toolkit alignment, EASA Level 1/2 and CMMC-adjacent AI data-handling checklists, comparison of up to four tools plus a coverage CSV, a watchlist that the weekly digest prioritizes, the alerts feed plus weekly digest, the monthly briefing, a Pro-only CSV/JSON export of the filtered directory and mappings, a per-listing evidence pack (print-to-PDF HTML of cited mappings and analyst notes), and a vendor-neutral RFP question bank for aerospace and defense AI assurance tools.
How do I reach Enterprise?
Enterprise is not self-serve and has no Stripe Checkout. Seat benefits, invoicing and the security-questionnaire contact are on the Team and Enterprise page. Email [email protected].
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal from the account page. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. The refund and cancellation policy and the subscription terms have the full rules.
How do I get invoices?
Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the account page. Invoices and receipts for the Stripe customer on the subscription are there.
Are payments refunded if I cancel mid-cycle?
Not automatically. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues through the period you already paid for. Refund requests, including unused time on an annual plan, are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. The refund and cancellation policy has the full rules.
How are taxes handled?
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout and shown on the Stripe invoice where Stripe is set up to collect them. The subscription terms describe how billing works.
How do Team seats work?
Pro is one signed-in user. Team is the owner plus up to five invited emails on one Stripe subscription. Invited members sign in with their own magic link, occupied seats are enforced, and an invite is not a separate subscription. When the Team subscription ends, member access ends.
What happens if a payment fails?
The entitlement is marked past due and a payment-failed email is sent. Stripe retries the invoice, and you can update the card in the Stripe Customer Portal during retries. If the invoice stays unpaid, Stripe cancels the subscription and a cancellation confirmation is sent.
Do you store my card number?
No. Card numbers stay at Stripe. The site stores billing identifiers such as the Stripe customer id, plan, seat count and period end. The privacy policy lists what is collected and which providers process it.
Who do I contact with a billing or account question?
Use the support page. It covers sign-in, billing, cancellation and refunds, and says where to write. Enterprise invoicing and security questionnaires are on the Team and Enterprise page.
Where is the methodology?
Cited mapping versus analyst assessment is explained on the coverage methodology page. Directory listing rules are on the methodology page.
