Plans

Self-serve plans use Stripe lookup keys and the prices on pricing:

• Pro monthly — $49 per month, one seat (aigov_pro_monthly).
• Pro annual — $490 per year, one seat (aigov_pro_annual). Two months included versus twelve monthly payments.
• Team monthly — $149 per month, five seats (aigov_team_monthly).
• Team annual — $1,490 per year, five seats (aigov_team_annual). Two months included versus twelve monthly payments.

Enterprise is sold by conversation, not Checkout. Free public summaries stay crawlable without an account.

What a paid plan includes

A current Pro or Team entitlement unlocks quoted source evidence, coverage cell detail (cited mappings and analyst assessments), buyer kits, comparison evidence and coverage CSV, a watchlist, the alerts feed and optional weekly digest, the monthly briefing, and a CSV/JSON export of the filtered directory and mappings. Team adds owner-invited seats, capped at five invite emails. Sample Pro unlocks (one listing and one kit) stay free so you can see the format before you subscribe.

How billing works

Checkout is a Stripe hosted subscription. You must sign in first so the webhook can attach the entitlement to your account. Stripe invoices the payment method on file at each renewal. Annual plans bill once per year. Receipts and invoices live in the Stripe Customer Portal on the account page.

Taxes appear on the Stripe invoice when Stripe is configured to collect them. Sparky Group LLC does not store card numbers.

Renewal and changes

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Changing monthly to annual (or Pro to Team) creates a new Stripe subscription item through Checkout or the portal; the entitlement updates when the webhook is received. Price changes for a new period will be shown in Stripe before we charge a new amount that is not on this page. We do not raise the current period after you have paid it.

Past due and cancellation

A failed invoice marks the entitlement past due. We send a payment-failed email. If Stripe later marks the subscription canceled or unpaid, we cancel the entitlement and send a cancellation confirmation. Cancel anytime in the portal; see the refund and cancellation policy.

Seats

Pro is one signed-in user. Team is five seats: the owner plus up to five invited emails, with occupied seats enforced. An invite is not a separate Stripe subscription. Members sign in with their own magic link. When Team ends, member access ends.

Service availability

We aim to keep the site and Pro APIs available, but the service is provided as available. Scheduled or unexpected downtime is not a separate service-credit program unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.
