The service

The service is a source-cited directory of AI assurance and governance listings, framework explainers, articles, checklists and related pages. Public summaries are free to browse. Paid features (quoted evidence, coverage cell detail, buyer kits, comparisons, exports, alerts and the monthly briefing) require an account and a current subscription as described on pricing and the subscription terms.

Listings quote public vendor or publisher pages. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, ranking or recommendation. Framework tags reflect what the cited page states, not an evaluation by Sparky Group LLC.

Accounts

You need an email address to sign in. We send a one-time magic link. We do not store a password for your account. You are responsible for the inbox you use to sign in and for activity on that account. Team seats are invited by the Team owner as described on the account page.

Do not share a sign-in link. Do not use the service to send spam, to scrape behind the paywall, or to republish Pro content as if it were your own evaluation.

Acceptable use

• Use the public pages and, if subscribed, the Pro features for your own research and program work.
• Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, session cookie or Stripe Customer Portal.
• Do not upload malware, or use the service to attack other systems.
• Do not misrepresent a listing as a certification or as advice from Sparky Group LLC.

Informational content

Content is informational only. It is not professional, engineering, certification or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. Confirm anything you rely on with the primary document and with qualified professionals. Sparky Group LLC is not affiliated with the governments or standards bodies named on the site.

Intellectual property

Site chrome, original summaries and the selection and arrangement of the directory are owned by Sparky Group LLC or its licensors. Product and company names belong to their owners. Official documents belong to their issuing bodies. You may link to public pages. You may not copy Pro quotes, kits or exports for resale or as a competing directory.

Payments

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on this site. Cancellation, renewals and refunds are described in the subscription terms and the refund and cancellation policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sparky Group LLC does not warrant that listings are complete, current or fit for a particular program. Sources change after we read them. We show a last-verified date where we have one.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparky Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or program delay, arising from use of the service or reliance on a listing. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Sparky Group LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your republication of Pro content, or your representation that a listing is advice or a certification.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Material changes to paid plans are described in the subscription terms. We may suspend an account that violates acceptable use. You may cancel as described in the refund and cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sparky Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in that state have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court for misuse of Pro content or intellectual property.
